HIGH PRIORITY! ANTIBOTICS
AND VET MEDICAL VOLUNTEERS AND HELP IN GETTING FOSTER HOMES APPROVED
IN BAD ZONGING AREA'S
1. Our number one need will always be Volunteers to have "one on one" with Potbelly Pigs
2. Summer Medicines, especially Baytril and Chondroprotec.
Both are expensive and vet issued. Grand Valley Vet
Service 970-858-0290
3. NEW - Straw, small bales. Need for bedding in new concrete huts.. 4. BLANKETS COTTON AND NOTHING WITH BINDING OR ELECTRIC BLANKETS WITH CORDS 5. We are also looking for 20/25 of the black enamel coated panels like we obtained from “Sportsman Warehouse” for portable pens at our events 6/8’ long x 2’ high, they are PERFECT FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN TO STEP IN AND OUT. 6. Bundle of 5/8 wafer board for new building. 7. Fertilizer for the new farm ground to double our production. We use 18-20 tone per year for the potbelly pigs here. With the seed that we have purchased, seed alone will produce 1.5 -2 tons per acre and with the fertilizer we can double production to approximately 4 tons per acre. Cost is $2,300 through the local co-op and by taking this step we will save around $2,000 in feed costs. 8. Wood to keep the boilers running and keep everyone warm this winter. We haul it ourselves and they have a loader already to load. Want us to start hauling by mid-April. This is a win win situation. We dont have to haul equipment to load... 9. Prayers for the health of the Potbelly Pigs and that we can make it another summer without lots of illness in both Rocky, me and the Potbelly Pigs. Pray for rain this summer for crops... 10. New Computer, Our Computer is a 2005 model and going down hill fast,, It has been upgraded over and over. It is a Desk Top, We would really like to have a good Lap Top, so that maybe we could do wireless here... Bare in Mind: WE ARE STILL DIAL UP...UGH IT IS HORRIBLE, BUT WE TAKE WHAT WE CAN GET...
